Once I apply the MtM Method, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your 60-minute Strategy Call, where we will walk through Your Recruiting Compass together.

Our program: MtM provides educational recruiting guidance and personalized strategy support for student-athletes and their families.
Scope of guidance: MtM provides direction, not decisions. We are committed to delivering our best guidance based on the information you provide, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Your information: Responses to questions in this form will be used solely to build Your Recruiting Compass and deliver on your program. Any use beyond your program is only for aggregate or trend reporting purposes and will not be tied to your personal information. You can request that your information be archived at any time.
Payment and refunds: Payment is required prior to service delivery. Refunds are not available once this form has been submitted or Your Strategy Call has been scheduled.
Minor athlete consent: If your athlete is under the age of 18, you are submitting this form on their behalf as their parent or legal guardian. By proceeding, you confirm that you have the authority to do so. Note: it is highly encouraged you involve your minor in the completion.
Ownership: All materials produced by Mind the Match are proprietary to Mind the Gap, LLC. Upon payment, you receive a limited, personal-use license for educational purposes only.
